These ingredients inspire the flavors we craft into every soda.

Drawn from Alaska’s landscape, they inform our approach to balance, depth, and refreshment.

The Flavors of the Last Frontier

WATER

Drawn from glacial-fed aquifers, our water provides a clean, pure foundation for every soda. Its clarity and balance allow inspired flavors to shine without distraction.

HONEY

Crafted by our Snowbees that call our brewery’s rooftop apiary home during Alaska’s short, sunlit summer, the Snowbee Honey used in every batch of Root Beer carries soft floral aromas and a clean, golden sweetness. Delicate yet rich, it reflects the local terroir of Anchorage’s wild blooms nourished by pure air and nearly endless daylight.

BLUEBERRIES

Wild Alaskan blueberries feature an intense, jammy flavor balanced by bright natural acidity. Grown low to the ground in tundra and forest, they offer notes of ripe berry, subtle earthiness, and a smooth, tangy finish. We craft Blueberry Cream Soda with inspiration from these beautiful berries.

RASPBERRIES

Sun-ripened during Alaska’s brief growing season, raspberries from the Land of the Midnight Sun deliver a lush balance of sweetness and gentle tartness. Their vibrant, fragrant berry character is present in every sip of Ripe Raspberry Soda.

SPRUCE TIPS

Hand-harvested in early spring in Southeast Alaska, young spruce tips lend crisp, citrus and red raspberry-forward flavors with hints of pine and resin. Bright and refreshing, they echo the scent of an ancient rainforest grove during a downpour. Each batch of Citrus Spruce Tip is crafted with real Alaskan spruce tips.

CLOUDBERRIES

Prized and elusive, cloudberries grow wild in the tundras of Western Alaska. Their flavor is tangy and complex, with notes of apricot, mango, and tropical citrus that we think is perfectly replicated with Cloudberry Burst Soda.

BIRCH SYRUP

Tapped from Alaska’s birch forests during the fleeting spring thaw, birch syrup offers deep notes of caramel, molasses, and a whisper of spice. Rare and labor-intensive, it’s a bold Northern sweetness with a long, warming finish.
